Day 1:New York City - Thousand Island - Niagara FallDepart from New York City to the St. Lawrence River where water flowing in from Lake Ontario, so wide and full of islands that it was called the Lake of the 1000 Islands. To the Indians it was known as "Manatoana" or Garden of the Great Spirit. As a vacation paradise it is world renowned. Come aboard the Uncle Sam Boat Tours! The boat has an open top deck, glass enclosed lower deck, with 360 degree panorama view for photo taking. It will take you close to the islands. Next we’ll pass the famous and historic Boldt Castle. Located in the heart of the Thousand Islands region. (It's actually a heart shaped island) Boldt Castle is the grandest of all Gilded Age mansions and the setting of a tragic love story. Come find out why Boldt Castle is a testimony of the unsuppressed love of a man for his wife. Come find out how George C Boldt, a poor immigrant from Prussia in 1860 achieved his American dream and became the man who owned the famous Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City where it plays host to presidents and kings. This luxurious 120 room castle was modeled after European buildings of the 16th Century and has 365 windows that overlook the magnificent beauty of the Thousand Islands.
Day 2:Niagara Fall - New York City
Come see why The Niagara Falls is one of the world's best natural wonders! And experience up closes of its magic power that have been attracted daredevils, lovers, poets, and millions of visitors each year! Ride the romantic and adventurous Maid of the Mist cruise at the base of the American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, to the basin of the Horseshoe Falls. Watch the rainbow, listen to the water thundering down from above, feel the breeze that mixed with the mist, experience what's like standing next to the majestic Water Falls, it could be an unforgettable experience.
